“EVERYONE NEEDS A COACH.”
– BILL GATES
What is coaching?
Is something missing in your life? Do you feel stuck or out of balance? Are you unsure about how to achieve your goals? In our 1-on-1 sessions, through probing questions and thought-provoking exercises, I will help you deepen your self-awareness, challenge your self-limiting beliefs, and inspire you to take enlightened actions. I’m your guide, your cheerleader and your accountability buddy on your journey to leading the most fulfilling life possible.
I use the co-active model in my coaching. Co-active model is developed by CTI (The Coaches Training Institute), the largest and oldest coach training schools in the world and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. A tried-and-true approach that has been held as the gold standard in coaching over the past 25 years, the co-active model:
- Holds individuals as “naturally, creative, resourceful and whole” in their abilities to finding their own solutions to challenges they face
- Focuses on the whole person, looking to evoke transformation holistically as opposed to solving a specific problem
The coach’s job is not to advise or consult, but rather to listen, ask thought-provoking questions that would deepen the learning for the client, and hold the client accountable for actions that were committed to.
